July Nonprofit of the Month

Eastland Mall is proud to recognize The Salvation Army as its Nonprofit of the Month for July, honoring the organization’s long-standing commitment to serving families and individuals throughout the community. Founded in 1865, The Salvation Army has spent more than a century providing hope and assistance to those in need through emergency shelter, food assistance, disaster relief, youth programs, and seasonal support initiatives. Their compassionate outreach and dedication to helping neighbors overcome hardship have made a lasting impact on countless lives across the region. Through partnerships, volunteer efforts, and community generosity, The Salvation Army continues to be a trusted source of support for local families year-round.

Throughout July, The Salvation Army will also host its annual Back-To-School Supplies Drive helping ensure local students are prepared for a successful school year. Shoppers are encouraged to donate essential school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, and other classroom necessities. These donations directly benefit children and families in need, easing the financial burden many households face during the back-to-school season. Eastland Mall is honored to support The Salvation Army’s mission and invites the community to join together in giving local students the tools and confidence they need to start the school year strong.
